Do you only operate in Dubai or globally?
Arabian Adventures works with trusted local partners in multiple countries around the world. We organize trips to destinations such as the Maldives, Kenya, Nepal, Peru, Europe, South Africa, and more — not just Dubai or the Middle East.
Is it safe to travel with Arabian Adventures?
Yes. We work only with licensed and verified local operators, use insured vehicles, and follow all local safety regulations. Our team also provides guidance on travel insurance, health and safety tips, and local rules for each destination.
Can you customize a trip according to my budget and preferences?
Absolutely. Most of our trips can be customized based on your budget, travel dates, preferred hotel category, activities, and special requirements. Just send us a booking enquiry with basic details and we’ll design a personalized itinerary for you.

How do I make a booking?
You can submit a booking enquiry through our Booking page by sharing your destination, dates, and traveler details. Our team will respond with a customized quote and itinerary. Once you confirm, we’ll share payment details and finalize your booking.
Can I book directly via WhatsApp?
Yes. You can send us your trip details directly on WhatsApp using the quick-send option on the Booking page. Our team will reply with available options, prices, and next steps for confirmation.
How far in advance should I book my trip?
We recommend booking at least 3–6 weeks before your travel date, especially for peak seasons and popular destinations. However, we can also help with last-minute bookings depending on hotel and activity availability.
Are flights included in the tour packages?
By default, most packages include local ground arrangements such as hotels, transfers, and activities. International flights are usually not included unless specifically mentioned in your quote. If you want flight options, you can request them and we’ll add them to your package if possible.
Do you help with visas and documentation?
Yes, we offer visa assistance for many destinations through our partners and guidance on required documents. Visa approval is always at the discretion of the embassy/immigration, but we’ll help you prepare and submit the correct paperwork wherever possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple payment options depending on your location, such as bank transfer, UPI (for Indian clients), credit/debit cards, and sometimes payment links or PayPal. Exact options will be mentioned in your quote and confirmation email.
Do I need to pay the full amount in advance?
In most cases, a non-refundable advance or booking deposit is required to secure hotels, activities, and other services. The remaining balance is usually due a few days or weeks before your departure date. The exact schedule will be clearly mentioned in your booking confirmation.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the destination, season, and service providers involved. Generally, cancellations closer to the travel date have higher charges. Your detailed cancellation policy will be shared with your quote and on your invoice. We always try our best to minimize losses for our guests, but we must follow partner and hotel policies.
Are prices fixed once I confirm the booking?
Once you have confirmed and paid the agreed amount, your package price is usually locked in, except in special cases like major tax changes, sudden airline surcharges, or currency fluctuations clearly mentioned in the terms. If any change is required, we will always inform you in advance.
